Manchester journeys
Well its only right to blog about a day you’ve had out so her goes the one for Manchester. Me and dan managed to plan Manchester and do it in pretty much 3 days. We planned it (well, the basics) over msn and well i suppose i can say it kinda went to plan. My journey turned out to be the easy one of the lot. Dan ended up getting on the wrong train because of the advice of some old woman i think and he ended up in Manchester... well. A station that wasn’t picdilly!
Well somehow i managed to meet up with Dan in the end and we’ve had a right day. Putting aside the fact that my feet are absolutely killing and i now have a bank balance of probably about £0.00 i’ve come out of it pretty well.
We spent pretty much the entire day shopping in the Arndale center. We went on the huge wheel outside which personally i think is just Manchester trying to be London with the London eye. (No it wasn’t as good as the London eye, mind, I’ve never been on it but this one went pretty much full speed and didn’t stop for very long at the top.)

I feel like some kinda of magazine writer sitting on the train with my laptop writing out a blog. Mind, i would be posting it online as i type this but considering my phone now has like 12% battery i don’t think i will. Somehow my phone decided to crash and burn out the battery whilesti n my pocket. Ofcourse my mum tried to ring me and got all worried that i’d died or something. Dan cleverly found me a Vodafone shop which he also kindly paid for my phone to be charged for half an hour. So hopefully that should get me home.
Anyway i think that will do for that blog as people are pretty much reading this as i type it and its getting kinda creepy so... thats my blog for now so i don’t get mugged. Later people!

Its that time again...
Holiday time! OR Vacation for you Americans
Im off to Santa Susanna in Spain this year for 11 days. i fly on Saturday morning at about 7am and I'm away for 11 days (due back 30th?)
I spend most of my time online and I think my holiday is a chance to be away from my online life and do something different for a while. Honestly I'm going to be itching to run down to the net cafe and check my emails but.. there going to be there when i get back so I'll leave it until then and catch up.
Many of you might say "Online life? There's nothing hard about it" And in a sense your right, its just that every day I'm doing these things and keeping up to date with all of these sites and a holiday just lets me chill out and break away from everything and everyone for a little while.
If i do end up coming online at the odd time i'll probably just edit a collective blog and publish it when im back. Im going to be gutted, not been able to tweet about everything every 2 minutes like i usually do but i can manage!
Questions welcome below!

Work and bread
There's not much to do on this rather overcast saturday morning so i thought id make a short blog about two things that are totally unrelated.
The first is a work update. I'm getting on really well in my job and its all going good. I seem to be doing a lot more hours than anybody else and any time they say some people can go home and they need some to stay im always saying i'll stay, this is how i end up working crazy ass shifts. There's reasons i don't mind staying. The first is the people i work with are great and we have a good laugh while were at it, the second is i get a free taxi home.
The third is to do with praise. Last night my manager mentioned how she always asks me to stay and prefers it if i do because im good at what i do which made me happy that i'm appreciated. It was kinda funny later on when she came up to me and megan and asked what back work there is to do and we told her none, man were awesome. She looked kinda confused and went "You two are just too good".
On a final note of work, apparently i'm down on the banqueting rota and the dinner rota for the same time tonight, so it's going to be interesting to see how this one's going to work as i can't possibly be in two places at once!
Bread
Im sat in the kitchen typing this as i've just had some dinner. I thought hey, i'll make myself a lemon curd sandwich with this "Hovis soft white" bread, it looks nice.
ITS TOO SOFT!
The second i applied butter to the bread it proceeded to rip into little chunks and tear right down the middle (no its not me i honestly can butter bread). But i managed it in the end with some very delicate and patchy work. Don't get me wrong the bread is lovely and soft.. just don't try to add anything spreadable to it =/
And on that note... I'll cya next time!

3G iPhone you shall be mine!
Ok so as those of you who follow me on twitter probably already know, I'm having one of mine "I need X item, i need it right now" moments recently with the 3G iPhone in mind.
My contract is due to end soon and my dad is practically refusing to get me a new one so im going to try and pay for it myself I think. I work part time now so I'm sure I can figure out a way to put £35 a month asideto pay for the bill.
I've wanted an iphone since the first one was announced but i've never got one so i'm going to try my hardest to get it now.
Anyone fancy paying for it for me? :D
Yeah like thats gonna happen.
Just you wait iPhone..i'm going to get you.
(I am slightly worried that its going to be out of stock by the time i order it! (August time..))

Prom - The parting of ways
I've just got back from prom and it deserves a blog. No, it deserves a blog from everyone who attended because it was absolutely amazing. I don't think anything could have gone so well, even the people who hates each other were getting along and making the most of it.
We've had some pictures done which went well and were having them delivered some time whenever they decide to print them. We did spend almost an hour waiting to give details to get these printed which means i missed the cha cha slide (=[) but yeah.
We had a great time on the dance floor and everyone was up dancing, we had cool lighting and we practically raved it out for a good 2 hours. I even did the running man on the dance floor which got people looking but it was so great/funny and we all had a amazing time.
This blog is really badly written but i dont really care to be honest because im still buzzing with excitement from the night. Im uploading pictures and things so theres going to be one at the end of this post tommorow when i get round to it.
I want to take the chance to say, everyone who was there, thanks for making tonight amazing and i'll miss you all. Hope our paths cross again soon if your going elsewhere to colleges and things and i wish you all the best.
Special shoutout to my good friend Rixy who's moving to spain this saturday, i hope your happy you lucky bastard, i hope your life turns out well. On a side note, maybe i can come visit when im on holiday there in a few weeks?
Anyways i think its bed time everyone.
Prom RULES!

Growing up
My life is accelerating at a pace i cant keep up with and its kinda freaking me out.
I've now left compulsory school and im going back to sixth form to study some subjects and im just hoping that half of them are going to continue being relevant.
I really don't know what i want to do when im older. I think i want to be a network manager of some sort but im scared of that getting boring for me and then thinking i've wasted my time. Can't i just become internet famous or something?
Ugh.
So my question to you guys is, What do you want to do when your older
OR
If you ARE older, what are you doing now and are you glad you chose that job?
